Hydrangeas are grown in large quantities with a selection of mop head, lace cap and Paniculata varieties. These are all grown outside to produce robust self supporting stems and no need of staking. Customers are encouraged to book stock in advance. We are now producing spring grown Hydrangea from Week 16 with summer grown from Week 26 to Week 34.
Masses of broadly funnel-shaped, purplish-blue flowers cover this evergreen shrub in mid- and late spring, putting on a really impressive display. The foliage is small and grey-green, and when bruised gently it is aromatic. It forms a compact low mound that makes it particularly good for patio pots.
